Regular Hours: 9.00am-5.00pm Mon-Fri, 1.00pm-4.00pm Saturday Some of our regular customers may note the lack of pricing for Virus Cleaning and our very popular PC Tune Up. We have become so efficient at these that we feel a flat price need not be offered, however as a bridging concession the cost of call-out solely for Virus/Malware removal will be capped at $95. Half Hourly Rate - our new half hourly rate is designed to save people money. Every now and then a callout is over almost before it begins or goes too far over an hour to be rounded down but doesn't feel like it warrants a full two hour charge. The Half Hourly rate neatly fills this gap. The Half Hourly Rate cannot be combined with the regular Hourly Rate on a single callout. For example, for one and a half hour call-outs the cost will be (Call-Out Fee) plus 3x(Half Hourly Rate). Service Contracts - Stress Relief Service contracts are designed for our regular clients who want some peace of mind when it comes to their computer(s). Stress relief - feeling safe in the knowledge that Tantryl Technology can take care of the PC, maintaining it and keeping backups to prevent any major dramas. Our service contracts are built to save you money and we have plans to suit a simple regular call-out system through to a full service cleaning, advice, software, backup and emergency privileges plan. Basic Service Contract - $21/month or $250/year
Home Service Contract - $25/month or $295/year
Premium Service Contract - $34/month or $399/year
